This page “client complaints” shows posts made by tenants from their mobile version of the system.

Tenants are able to login to the system on their phones to make complaints and post adverts.

You can click on Replies to enter a reply and then click “Send” – the tenant will be able to see this reply

The Adverts section allows you to review adverts before approving them
This helps in quality control, so that unwanted adverts are not posted on the platform
