This page “debtors schedule” shows a detailed monthly report of the properties in your management.

It shows the tenants on each property and these are some of the rows explained;

-Gross Rent (month) – This is the amount to be paid in the specified month

-Arrears (month) – This is the amount that was the balance from the previous month

-Expected Amount - This is the amount expected to be paid combined with balances of previous months

-Amount Paid – This is the total amount paid in this month for this month

-Balance – This is the total Balance on rent payments of this month

-Remarks – These are remarks about a specific tenant, these remarks made by the agent incharge of this tenant

Provisional Dates Of Rent Payment – This shows the date when the Rent Payment was made
