This page "Enter New Tenant" provides you a form to enter the details of a tenant who is going to be staying in your property.
At the top beside the heading "Enter New Tenant" in the far right corner, you will see two buttons;

-Download Rules - You can click this button to download the Rules that will be used at the property (these rules can be editted to fit your property)

-Print Form - You can click this button to download this Tenancy Form. It will show all the fields that are on this form. You can print out this Tenancy Form and give it to the Tenants to fill it in themselves
