This page “property tasks” allows you to enter the tasks to be done at the property site.

These tasks when entered here will appear on the station manager’s mobile version of the platform.

-In the field of “Task Name” you can enter the name of the task, e.g “Cleaning the floor”

-In the field of “Task Frequency” you can enter how many times this task should occur. The System will use this value to give you reminders of this task – this can be once, daily, weekly or monthly

-The Station manager will tick in the small box against a task that is completed
