At the top you can see the name of the Property
-Edit Button – You can click this button to edit the details of the property
-Property Expense – You can click this link to record and expense made on a property
-Monthly Landlord Report – You can click this link to view a Summarised Report of the Expenses, Earnings, Payments and Expected Payments on this Property

-Total Units/Room – This shows the total number of Rooms/Units in this Property
-Occupied Units – This shows the total number of Rooms/Units occupied by tenants in this Property
-Vacant Units – This shows the total number of vacant Units in this Property

-Enter Block – You can click this button if your Property has Blocks or is sub-divided into Blocks and the blocks have different names. You can create them when you click this button
