This tile "Expected Rent This Month (All Tenants)" located on the dashboard gives you the total amount expected to be paid by all tenants that you have registered in the System.

The Tile picks the rent amount each tenant is supposed to pay and combines all the totals and adds them to get the grand total that the tiles shows.
