This Page “Enter Estate” provides you a form to enter the details about an Estate that you are managing or an Estate that has properties you are managing.

At the top you have the following buttons;

-Go Back – You can click this button to go back to the previous page you were on
-All Estates – You can click this button to view All Estates you have registered in the system and you are managing
-Estates Report – You can click this button to view a Full Report of Registered Estates you are managing, the details of the Tenants in those Estates and the various Properties they belong to
-The Small Reload Button – You can click this button to refresh the page to view new value

These are some of the Fields in the Form:

-The Estate image/Picture – You can upload the picture of the Estate by clicking the camera button just below the empty image
-The Estate Director – You can click inside the field to choose the Estate Director. If there’s no estate Director, you can click the small blue words (Enter Director) at the bottom of the field to enter a New Director
-You can now Enter Other Details about this Estate according to the field Names provided.

At the bottom of the page you will see the Details of the Estates you have recently registered
