This page “New Property” provides you a form to register a new property that you are managing.

Some of the Details about your property that you can enter here are;

-The Property Picture/Image – You can click the small button with a camera to upload a picture of the property
-Estate Name – You can click “Choose Estate” to view a list of Estates you have already registered.
If the Estate is not in the dropdown list, click the small words “Enter Estate” to Enter A New Estate you are managing
-In Property Location, you can enter the city/town/village/state/address of your Property
-In Property Landlord, you can enter the name of the Landlord who owns this Property that you are managing
-Number Of Floors – You can enter the number of floors of this property if it is a storeyed building if it is not a storeyed building, you can enter 1 (one)
-Number Of Units – In this field you can enter the number of units/rooms in this property you are registering
-Property Type – In this field, you can click in the field to see a list of Property Types and you can click on one of the property types that fits your property
-Portfolio Manager – In this Field, you can click in the field to see a list of all agents you have registered in the system. In order to Enter a New Agent click “Create New Account” in the top navigation (This functionality only appears when you are in admin account).
-Expected Amount – This field is optional but you can enter how much money is expected from the Rent Payments on this Property when you sum all Rent Payments
-Phone Number – This field allows you to enter the phone number of the Landlord
