This page "Payment Statuses" shows a list of all tenants with balances on their rent payments

You can search for a Tenant to see his/her Current Payment Status.
You can do this by entering the tenant's name in the Search Field and clicking Search.

The Table shows the following fields;

-The Tenant Name,
-The Monthly Rent the Tenant is supposed to pay,
-The Month he/She has last paid for,
-The Amount he/she Paid,
-The Total Balance on that Month,
-The time to the Next Payment,
-The time owed or the time he has not yet paid for,
-The Total Owed - Meaning the total amount he is supposed to pay for all months where he has a balance,

The next column enables you to send a Remainder using either Email Address or SMS, you can click on any of these buttons to send either Email or SMS

*Sending an SMS is only activated after Subscribing for an SMS Package

*Sending an Email is free and requires no subscription
